HMDWL 39 - The Thanksgiving Episode! We talk about our Thanksgiving traditions, and issue a new mom recipe challenge: Jungle Marge’s Cauliflower Au Gratin, with optional Cheese Sculpture!

Strip off outer leaves from cauliflower and trim stem so it can sit flat in the dish. Boil or steam cauliflower until tender, then drain. In a saucepan, combine soup, milk, butter, and pepper. Add cheese slices and heat until medium heat until smooth. Place cauliflower in greased casserole. Pour sauce over the top, lifting the head gently to be sure sauce goes both over and under. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Add cheesy decoration of your choice. The sky’s the limit! Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 1 hour.
