1) Sara, were you thinking of Sangria?
2) Thanks for all the shout-outs and the high praise for the taco meatlof. I have to clarify, tho, that even tho it was my idea to make it, the actual cooking and presentation was done by Mr. B. He's the chef of the family.
3) and HMDWL Mango Salsa… mmmmmmm!
Chat soon! M. 🙂

I…I made the taco meatloaf!
Here is my touch of fancy:
I also added cumin.
Instead of yogurt, I used sour cream! I did not use as much sour cream as was called for yogurt. I did not feel like buying a HUGE container of plain yogurt, but give me that sour cream tub and I will bath in it.
I also used a taco cheese blend instead of just cheddar. 🙂
LOL! You two crack me up. I am listening and commenting as you are talking about it.
The pan is a clay baking dish. So, the loaf was cooked on that pan. I agree the texture was kind of too moist, maybe it was the sour cream.
Keep up the good work!
Mr. B.

Michael, what I was thinking about was Jamaica, which is apparently made from hibiscus flowers. Delish!
Mr. B, I, too, am a lover of the sour cream. Make room in the tub for me.
p.s. My sister's cat is named Mr. B and he is very handsome.

Wait. Are you kind of stocky and covered in gray fur? Because if so, that's just CRAZY.

Well stocky… maybe…no gray yet.

Fear not I too collected the glasses. I have a bunch of the star wars one as well as an almost complete Garfield mugs from Hardee's. Sad they sit on the shelf back in the Minnesota but they are there. Next to the tacky shot glasses and Red Lobster Lighthouse glasses (so tacky yet so cool to go wit hthe bad food). I also had smurf and care bear classes but those weren't as cool as the Muppets.
