Red grapes with chicken salad…Oh yeah! Love, love, love it.
And yes, Rob…Chicken salad at Potbelly is the best. In the salad, and the sandwich maybe more. Toasty, with swiss cheese. I'm hungry now.

Grapes do not belong in chicken salad… this statement can not be questioned. However, black olives belong in everything (especially Tuna Melt and/or salad). Love the show.. long time listener, never time caller. You're both amazing and next time Rob is in the bay, please have a listener party at Lake Tahoe. We Love you!

Grapes? Yes! With a little curry mixed in. Little to NO mayo.
Let's just say that I don't love it (the mayo, that is).
Glad to see that you put out another episode. I haven't listened yet, but am diving in with an opinion anyway. wild. I know.

I'm vegetabletarian now, but when I ate meat I liked grapes in the chicken salad!! It made for an interesting texture and a pleasant sweetness. The thing I didn't like sometimes was the occasional pecan. Ever have chicken salad with pecan? Not a pleasant texture.

Sara, sweetie. Chicken salad has mayo. Therefore, chicken salad is not to be eaten. Grapes, however, are yummy when fermented, especially when served with crackers and cheese.
Or chocolate. Remind me next time I’m in the city and I’ll stop by the ferry building & pick up a nice bottle & some Scharffen Berger for us. 🙂

Haha, I would SO wear a hat that says Helvetica, but would never be caught dead in something that says (or is written with) Comic Sans! Designers unite!

I LOVE Potbelly’s chicken salad, it’s the best and fills you up with a pleasant pot belly of your own to show off. When I make chicken salad, I’m not a grape fan. I’m just not a red grape lover. While some of you may have gasped… I do enjoy throwin some water chestnuts in there for that added texture. For more flavor (depending how sassy I feel), I’ll add a bell pepper. Some say add bacon, but I’m fine without the swine.
Love you both tons, thanks for keepin’ me from strangling myself with my mouse at work! 🙂 Stay beautiful!

Poor but gainfully employed Rob. Few things are colder than Ibsen in winter. What are promoters thinking? Do we need Ibsen today? No! What we need are musicals and we need them now. Inauguration doesn’t count, even with the Follies headpiece. Musicals employ more people and should be part of the work development plan.
Regarding the mayonnaise disparagement, glop from a jar is not mayonnaise, kids. Observe: egg yolk + olive oil + lemon juice + machine or whisk = deliciousness. As for grapes, you’re treading dangerously close to raisins and about to fall into Waldorf Salad, which is fine with this vegetarian.

Hello!
My friend, who is obsessed with your show, saw a funny pic on your site and sent it to me to post one of my blogs (we post humorous signs we come across). I was wondering if it would all right with you guys, before I did it.
Thanks!
Sabrina
